Old Business:

• Update on Oct workshop: Cool Online Tools for Lifelong Learning – Gary Lopez, NROC Project, nrocproject.org, survey of free products, future trends; Heather Geddes, WPL, professional development sources; Julie will check with staff at SCPL about screencasting, tech and best practices. Heather will send request to list.
• Meeting Location Signups – HCL 3/28; MPL 4/25
• Finalize Annual Report – no comments on draft

 

New business:

• New member info sheet. Updated. New version will be on wiki and website
• Wiki/Website Demonstration - tabled
• Assign member willing to do online updates for the committee 2016/17 - tabled

Reference Shares: Julie created a copyright class, 3-part class for staff – Diane Cowen presented on SoundSwell music database, Hui-Lan Titangos author’s perspective. Possible spring workshop? SCPL new webpage for reference resources launching soon. WPL applying for grant to send staff to Mental Health First Aid train the trainer. Sarah – censusreporter.org – easy info from Census
