Using this link http://www.mobac.org/services-survey-draft-redesign/ , please click on your library's name, and either verify that the information is correct, or provide updates below.  Wendy Cao from PLP will then make the updates.  If you choose to update it yourself, please indicate YES and your initials in the Completed column so I know it's been done and that she doesn't have to do anything.  Please complete by 30 April if possible.
